Game On! Race Events proudly commits to producing high quality, innovative, and memorable events that inspire athletes of all abilities by designing an experience that celebrates each individual’s unique triumphs and successes.
Meet the Team
The Game On! Race Event management team consists of partners and co-founders, Brian Huether and Willie Savoie, and Eric Savoie, Operations Manager. Brian and Willie have worked together for over 15 years producing and managing hundreds of triathlons, duathlons, and running events, including five USA Triathlon (USAT) National Championship events.
Brian Huether
Owner
Brian brings more than 25 years of experience in the event industry, including over two decades in the triathlon and running space. A graduate of Barry University with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business, Brian has built a career producing high-quality events across both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
Prior to focusing on endurance sports, Brian played a key role in the execution of major national and international events, including those associated with the NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA, Super Bowl Host Committees, World Series celebrations, and the Volvo Ocean Race. This diverse background has shaped his ability to deliver large-scale, detail-oriented events with a strong emphasis on participant experience.
Brian leads with a hands-on approach, overseeing event production, strategic growth, and overall operations. His depth of experience and commitment to excellence help ensure every event is professionally executed and memorable for athletes and the community alike.
A former collegiate baseball pitcher, Brian remains competitive today as an avid golfer.

Wilma "Willie" Savoie
Owner
Willie, leading with a relationship-first philosophy and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences. She oversees event logistics, registration, and operations, setting the standard for quality, precision, and athlete satisfaction across every race.
A natural leader with a creative and hands-on approach, Willie is known for turning complex logistics into seamless, high-level experiences. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of both participants and partners play a critical role in shaping events that feel personal, polished, and unforgettable.
Her passion for the water is at the heart of her work. With a background that includes extensive Caribbean travel and professional fishing and dive charter operations, Willie brings a unique authenticity to the sport. Based in Jupiter, she embraces the “Salt Life” and is truly in her element when designing and delivering open water experiences that connect athletes to the environment in a meaningful way.

Eric Savoie
Operations Manager
Eric serves as both Operations Manager and Swim Course Director, making him an integral part of our team and a driving force behind our event execution. After several years of leading swim coordination, Eric continues to oversee all aspects of swim course safety and operations while also managing broader event logistics.
A 2025 graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Management, Eric brings a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and problem-solving to every event. In his expanded role, he manages staff coordination, logistics, and on-site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup to finish line.
Known for his versatility and dependability, Eric wears many hats and consistently delivers, helping create a safe, seamless, and high-quality race experience for all participants.
