How did Game On Race Events get started?
Game On Race Events owners, Brian Huether and Willie Savoie, have always had a passion for events. They work tirelessly to ensure each and every event is huge success for everyone involved (client, sponsors, participants, vendors, volunteers, and spectators) . They understand working long hours, as well as on weekends and holidays, is all part of the job.
Over the years, they've helped plan and/or led the coordination of very large-scale events both in the corporate and non-profit sectors. After researching the industry and noticing a gaping need, Brian and Willie decided to team up with local non-profits to produce events that raise awareness and much needed funds.

How early should you start planning an event?
Depending on the event, most will start planning at least 12 months in advance. Large-scale events that involve hundreds or thousands of individuals that span over multiple days, can take 18+ months to plan. Our team has planned and hosted smaller events that have taken only one month to coordinate.
